We currently wish to employ a System Administrator to be based at our offices in Nicosia, Cyprus or London, United Kingdom.

Criteria

·       Degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines,

·       Two or more years of demonstrated proficiency as an IT system, administrator in reputable organization,

·       Good written and verbal communications skills in both Greek and English languages,

·       Good knowledge of the IT infrastructure (e.g., Windows server, backups, network components, NAS),

·       Understanding of the principles of the TCP / IP protocol stack and the basic network services DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN,

·       Good technical understanding of IT systems to address issues that arise across the company,

·       Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant and apps,

·       Working knowledge of VMWare and FortiClient will be considered an advantage,

·       Microsoft certifications, Azure certification will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

·       Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers and virtualization,

·       Responsible for the configurations, support and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 tenant,

·       Maintain and configurate security programs, backups, and firewalls,

·       Configurate and manage VOIP phone system,

·       Monitoring, analyzing, and providing feedback for the firewall, antivirus, and backups to the IT Manager,

·       Ensuring the highest level of systems and IT infrastructure availability,

·       Provide level 1 and 2 support to users if needed.
