Spanish Speaking Customer Support Complaints -… - Customer Service/Call Centre

A leading financial services company with clients in EU as well as other jurisdictions is working with GRS to recruit a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Complaints representative. The successful candidate will be resolving and negotiating customer complaints and must have experience in customer service and needs to be native or fluent in Spanish and English. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has excellent negation skills and likes to resolve issues.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide customer support via chat, phone and emails

* Resolve product related issues

* Resolve complaints by customers

* Work closely with the Complaints team

* Ongoing and direct communication with clients in support of any queries or issues

* Negotiate with customers

* Translation of complaints from Spanish to English, aiming to facilitate further handling of the case

* Investigation of complaints as and when required

CANDIDATE PROFILE

* Degree in Business Studies or any other relevant field

* Fluency in English/Spanish both verbal and written is a must

* At least one years’ experience in a Customer Support role

* Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage

* Experience from a Forex company is a plus

* Attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent interpersonal skills
