Shift Leaders – FM Service Provider – Cyprus – Salary up to £54,337.50 + Overseas Allowance of £6,930 per annum  

Exciting opportunity to work for a Lead FM Service Provider situated in Cyprus. CBW are current;y recruiting for X3 Shift Leaders with HVAP (Current or Expired).

Key duties & Responsibilities

Ensure all Plant Rooms, BMS Room and Storage Facilities are both clean and tidy with regular weekly inspections carried out.

To make sure any plant withdrawn from service is isolated, locked and tagged correctly and tracked until back in service using both email correspondence and the Shift Log Book.

Assist the Contract Manager by advising of any PPM’s that are outstanding and will affect the performance of the Building or Client Reports, to ensure zero failure.

Prioritise PPM’s to ensure all works are completed on schedule and relevant paperwork is completed to a constant high standard.

Monitor component, system and building performance against target profiles via BMS screens and alarms

Ensure Plant Room checks are completed at the start and end of shifts.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the portfolio buildings their layouts, functions and complexities through developed practices through scenario drills, continuous assessments, staff training and personal development.

Ensure a consistent and up to date understanding of site and asset operational status, utilising the BMS system and Shift Team.

Liaise with Operational and Management teams plus other Shift Leaders to ensure the most productive use of the Operations Team.

Ensure the Shift Team work efficiently and safely to complete PPM’s and Reactive Tasks to resolve all client issues within the agreed SLA’s.

Manage Annual Leave planning within shift team in line with the site policy ensuring zero impact on operations.

Log in Shift Book and report absences including lateness’s to the Contract Manager and Contract Administrator on a daily basis.

Ensure the Shift Team work efficiently and safely to complete PPM’s and Reactive Tasks to resolve all client issues within the agreed SLA’s.

Manage Annual Leave planning within the shift team in line with the site policy ensuring zero impact on operations.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday – 08:00am to 17:00pm (until December 2023 when 24-7 shift will operate)

Requirements

Electrically qualified

A proven record in Facilities Management

HV & LV Authorised Person

Experience with HV generation and control systems

Experience with working within a critical and secure environment

Good general IT skills

Experience working in a building maintenance critical environment

Must be able to work on a 24/7/365 shift basis

Security Cleared to SC level or be able to pass the clearance checks
