Nicosia – The Role: We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Accountant for our Nicosia offices. The Responsibilities: Working closely with clients’ senior management, finance executives in delivering the objectives, financial reports, budgets and timetable for all corporate accounting, financial reporting, tax and regulatory/compliance functions Monitoring and maintaining the accounting process of clients Preparing and submitting VAT and VIES returns, liaise with Cyprus Tax and VAT authorities Preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts in accordance with IFRSs Liaising and coordinating with the clients’ external auditors Providing on the job training and guidance to the junior members of the team.
