Limassol – CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International company providing Online Marketing solutions to clients across the globe, we are seeking to recruit an experienced, highly organised and dependable Personal Assistant to join their team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant and/or Senior Administrator and speak an excellent level of fluent English. Key Duties/Responsibilities: Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments. Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Manager. Carrying out background research and presenting findings. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations. Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
