Limassol – On behalf of MAP S.Platis, the leading financial services consultancy Group in the region, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator for its Limassol offices. The Position: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls. Managing incoming and outgoing daily correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc.). Coordinating meeting requests and making relevant bookings using Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Skype Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive in the office and determining whether they should be diverted to a colleague or department. Ensuring reception area is always tidy and presentable. Preparing the conference rooms prior any meetings. Managing agendas / appointments, as needed, and requested by the Group Management. Creating and updating records and databases. Keeping stock of office supplies and placing orders when necessary in coordination with the Maintenance and Facilities Manager.
