An exciting opportunity has occurred for a multilingual professional to join our client as a Client Relationship Manager. You will be based in beautiful surroundings as this fantastic vacancy is located in Limassol, Cyprus! The main purpose of this position is to work closely with clients by dealing with all inbound questions, growing and maintaining a successful relation with your client portfolio and making sure to both cross-sell and upsell products. Our client is active in the Forex trading industry and trade over 150 different commodities at the moment!

Your responsibilities will include:

Being the first point of contact for an active client portfolio, growing and maintaining the relationship with clients

Cross-selling and upselling different products

Ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving monthly targets

Maintaining knowledge of products and keeping up to date with new products and promotions

Taking ownership of a client problem, investigating and following it through to a solution where the client is satisfiedAbout you:

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, full of energy and will be someone who gets energy from achieving targets and has previous experience in the forex industry. This is a position where you will be involved in a multilingual team in beautiful Limassol where you will be working close to the beach. A relocation package is also offered with this position, making sure you have everything in place for a successful start.

Profile:

Required to be fluent in one of the following languages (C2-level): German, Swedish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish or Czech

Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Previous experience in a similar Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager or Sales role is essential

Experience in the Forex industry is a must for this role!

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is a big plus
