Nicosia – On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Litigation Lawyer, to join their team of professionals in Nicosia. Responsibilities: Appearing before the Cyprus Courts, with emphasis on dealing with Civil and Commercial cases. Experienced in dealing with the full spectrum of Court hearings. Excellent drafting oh Litigation court documents and legal opinions and generally to be able to give legal advice and deal with the clients Work efficiently and respond to clients’ requests within 24 hours. Qualifications: Licensed and experienced in practising Law for at least 5 years, with high record in court judgements. Experienced in drafting pleadings and other legal documents. Must be experienced in Court hearings and legal documents that are related to Civil and Commercial Law and Litigation. Must take initiative and be pro-active Ready to face challenge and work under pressure with determination Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
