Paphos – Pafilia is seeking to recruit a Junior Legal Advisor based at its main office in Paphos. The successful candidate will join the company’s Legal Department and will be supporting the Legal Advisor with regards to the day to day operations of the Department. Main Responsibilities: Assist the Legal Advisor in the drafting of legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents Conduct research on appropriate legal matters relating to real estate industry, migration, review legal documents Overlook the preparation of contracts and other ancillary documentation for the clients Overlook the Agreements distribution process and the administration procedures in the Executive Department Undertake administration procedures on behalf of clients for property acquisition, citizenship or PR procedures Build and maintain a positive relationship with the Sales Team and interact professionally with all levels of the organization, as well as external parties.
