Limassol – One Net is looking for an IT Customer Support Agent (Tier 2) to cover the following responsibilities: Minimum Requirements: Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology Experienced with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, Firewall configuration, Office 365 English (written and verbal) Able to work within a team Self-motivated. Excellent telephone manner. Numerate. Presentable and personable. Good organisational skills.
