Paphos – Elysia Park in Paphos is experiencing continuous expansion of operations and is looking for a dynamic person to assume the role of In-House Legal Advisor on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be expected to be able to: Handle all corporate legal processes (ex. financial offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements etc.) Assist with various transaction and operation matters (including commercial or property transactions, opening of bank accounts, and any other related matters according to the needs of the Group) Represent the Company’s interests in any public or private institutions, in Cyprus and abroad.
