Responsibilities: Review of Clients’ documents and approval of new live account applications into the Company’s system Assisting the Customer Support Department in dealing with clients’ requests Updating Clients’ accounts into the Company’s system Ensure that all necessary information and documents are collected and all the Company’s records are updated Reviewing and updating of Back Office procedures to ensure that they are up to date; Preparing KYC and related procedures Performing compliance check-up and ongoing monitoring of clients in order to minimize fraud attempts Evaluating clients’ risk appetite and financial status Creating, updating and cancelling transactions including internal transfers, payouts, deposits and withdrawals Performing source of funds checks Managing online merchant accounts Daily, week… – Permanent – Full-time
