Career Masters Recruitment & Selection – Paphos – On behalf of our client, a complex of luxury holiday residences in Cyprus, we are looking to recruit an experienced individual for the position of the Assistant General Manager for their resort based in Paphos. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assist General Manager with overseeing all operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Sales and Accounting · Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure · Create a supportive atmosphere for employee growth · Setting and achieving sales and profit targets · Ensure the high standard of quality and customer satisfaction · Promoting and marketing the business PROFILE: · A strong background of management level experience within the hotel industry (at least 3 years) · Fluent Greek and English(Russian proficiency is a plus but not required) · Exceptional negotiation skills and essential entrepreneurial abilities · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · A professiona… – Permanent – Full-time
